The Patient Service Center has been established as your key source of support for making appointments, changing appointments, canceling appointments or confirming appointments.

In order to ensure excellent service for all of the veterans we serve it is very important that you confirm your appointment. We have developed a direct line for appointment confirmation; please call (202)518-4307, 48 hours prior to confirm all your appointments. Please do not be a "no show" as this is a missed opportunity for another veteran to get an appointment.

Medical Advice is available to you by calling the Patient Service Center. If you would like to speak with a Medical Advice Nurse to determine if you need an appointment, get help with prescription refills, or discuss specialty care which requires a doctor's consult.
