Veterans seeking medical care at the Washington DC VA Medical Center must first enroll. If you have never used the services of a VA medical facility or it has been more than six months since you visited the Washington DC VA Medical Center, please report to the Eligibility Office, conveniently located right in the atrium. Visitation hours are 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Children under 14 years of age must be supervised by an adult other than the patient.
