Getting to and from the Medical Center via Metro is even more convenient now!

DCVAMC has contracted with International Limousine to provide expanded and more convenient shuttle service with both Washington Hospital Center and the National Rehabilitation Hospital.

Shuttle Service at Brookland/CUA (Red Line)

• Catch the shuttle at the Shuttle Bus Stop near the entrance of Brookland/CUA station
• Service begins at 6 a.m. and runs every 10 minutes until 10 a.m.
• Service from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. is every 30 minutes
• Afternoon service begins at 2 p.m. and runs every 10 minutes
• Pick up the shuttle at the front drive of the VA hospital, on the left, near the taxi waiting area.
• Last shuttle departs the hospital at 7:50 p.m.

Shuttle Service at Columbia Heights (Green Line)

• Catch the shuttle right in front of the Metro station.
• Service begins at 6 a.m. and runs every 30 minutes until 9 a.m.
• There is no mid-day service.
• Afternoon service begins at 2:45 p.m. and runs every 30 minutes.
• Last shuttle departs the hospital at 5:45 p.m.
• The hospital shuttle stop will soon have a sign. It is located at the front left of the main doors, near the taxi waiting area.
