Locating a Patient

If you’re coming to the medical center to visit a patient, stop by the patient services counter in the atrium. At the end of the counter is a trained telephone operator who has access to the inpatient listing. He/she will assist you in located the room of a friend or loved-one currently receiving care in the medical center. (Only patients who have given pre-permission for this information to be released can be identified.)

Vendor/Visitor ID

For your security and the security of our patients and staff, you will be asked to provide a photo identification or your Veterans' Identification Card by a security officer.

In times of heightened alert, all bags, briefcases and pocketbooks will be examined.

Visitor and Outpatient parking is available in lots 2, 3 and 4.
