National Jewish War Veterans

National Jewish War Veterans (JWV) Ladies Auxiliary President Norma Sherman and Anita Sherman, President of the local Washington DC JWV Ladies Auxiliary, present a donation to Paula Gorman, Assistant Medical Center Director and Jon Palks, Supervisor of Recreation Therapy. The funds are to be used to purchase a karaoke machine to be enjoyed by veteran patients.

Handmade lap-blankets from the Jewish War Veterans are presented to the Medical Center by Evelyn and Jack McFadden, Anita Sherman, National Auxiliary President, Norman Sherman and Richard Rosenzwieg, Commander Post 381 with Stacey Childs, Voluntary Service Specialist (far left) and Assistant Director, Paula Gorman.

Members of the Military Order of the Purple Heart _Lonnie Upchurch, Chapter Commander, Dept of MD (right) and Ransom Jordan, VAVS Representative (left) present a donation to Paula Gorman, Assistant Medical Center Director.  The funds will be used to enhance patient services at the Medical Center.
