Patient Safety Awareness Week is March 3-9. This year's theme is "Patient Safety 7/365: 7 days of recognition, 365 days of commitment to safe care". This is a time to widely recognize the advancements that have been made in the area of patient safety. During the Week of March 4th, our Patient Safety Team will be in the Medical Center Atrium to offer educational material to Veterans and staff.
