VA needs valuable feedback from Veterans who are enrolled for VA health care in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. We would like to know how VA can improve your health care?
Join VA leaders and team members for a virtual listening session where you can help expand VA care and services and reimage how VA delivers care in an equitable, high quality, Veteran-centered manner.
The Washington DC Veterans Affairs Medical Center, along with VA facilities in Network 5, is hosting a public virtual listening session March 15, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. EST via Webex. Veterans, caregivers, Veteran Service Organization representatives and community stakeholders are invited to participate.
VA is hosting public virtual listening sessions across the nation to hear from Veterans on how to design a health care system of the future and grow services for Veterans in a way that reinforces VA’s role as a leader in the U.S. health care system.
The sessions offer Veterans robust engagement and allow VA leaders to hear participants’ voices and insights on the following topics:
- How Veterans want care to be delivered in the future
- Perception of the quality of health care at VA and VA’s community network
- Experience with the ability to get care at VA and within VA’s community network
- Satisfaction with the condition and location of VA’s facilities
- VA’s role in research, education, and emergency preparedness
The DC-area listening session represents an exciting opportunity for Veterans and stakeholders to help VA reimagine how it delivers care and develop a plan for investing in VA’s aging infrastructure.
You may participate by phone or computer; registration is required. To register for the listening session being held March 15, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. EST, please visit: https://www.va.gov/HEALTHPOLICYPLANNING/listening.asp
