With our new phones, you must now dial a 5 plus the old 4-digit extension number

With our new phones, you must now dial a "5" plus the old 4-digit extension number

Our new and improved telephone system requires that when dialing an extension within the Medical Center, or entering an extension from the main hospital phone line, you must dial the number 5 before the extension. For instance, if trying to reach extension # 8037, you will now call, 5-8037. Thank you for your patience while we work to improve your VA Medical Center.
